Vertu Motors asked us to give their colleagues a unique
training experience.
Challenging Colleagues to "do something different” is always a tricky one. You need the surprise element and above all a subject that they are accustomed too and what better way to do that than asking “we want to create 6 groups of 12 people and ask you to make a TV Commercial”
It requires roles to be defined and responsibilities for both Creative & Strategic thinking as well as Film Production understood and achieved in a matter of six or seven hours.
This was the brief:
Make a TV Advert with the creative message -“Why you should always buy a car from VERTU”
Read through the roles for the day and decide who is best suited to each role on your team.
You need to choose from a total of nine themes and acquire one on a first come first serve basis
When your theme has been secured you collect an assets package that includes moving backdrops, costumes and props.
The script needs to be written and approved then there are “Green Screen Studios” a Graphics Department as well as Film Company assistance and of course Edit Suites.
